Empathy for the missing rx sunglasses. Hope they find them for you real soon! For me, finding a large enough lens for my prescription glasses isn’t easy but essential because I get optical migraines and need a greater coverage for my eyes. Clip-ons don’t cut it. Let us know what happens!

If shallow breathing and reading can get you into a hypnotic state that effects your circadium rhythm, can chronic shallow breathing do the same?

My hubby once left his fav Bible in a restaurant. He called and told them immediately when he realized what he had done. Several months later, they found it, get this, in their kitchen by their sink! It was water damaged…, but hubby was glad to finally get it back! So there’s hope for you, too, Dr K!
