Food is your best medicine!  Tune in with Dr. David C. One Response to “Whole Foods”

  1. Karen Says:

I very much enjoyed the show. I shop at (Angelo–never been to Joe’s) Caputo’s–good prices and fresh foods as well as a lot of ethnic foods. It reminds me of the open air markets from when I was in Europe, and others agree. I’ll have to check out Fruitful Yield. I love Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods, too, even though they are pricier.

I’m very thankful to my Mom for taking the time making things from scratch when I was growing up. Now that shes almost 80 and all alone, the processed foods she used to avoid at all costs are now her staples. Whole, natural foods are essential to a healthy life!
