    My confession on junk food cravings is for…for potato chips like Alex. It’s only when the rest of my family breaks out a bag (Hubby buys them, not me…), and you know, you just can’t stop at one… . I can go through a…a whole *bag* by myself once I get started.

    And *all* kinds of chocolate, like Phyllis…, and like Rob, Portillo’s tamalis… .

    I occupy Health Quest Radio!! :-D And BTW, Dr. K, you burst my bubble!!!!! *You* above *all* people! Shame… . When I get the munchies, I crave carrot sticks, sliced zucchini, and fruit. Oh, and I guess I’d be lying if I didn’t mention all the unhealthy garbage, too, like chocolate in any size, shape, or form, and I haven’t ever me
